Reflexis on Watson
On May 21, 2014, Reflexis announced developments in their partnership with IBM where Reflexis will tap Watson’s analytical power to enhance the company’s StorePulse application and provide customers with a new module called Watson Interconnect. The new developments will provide customers with event related alerts, will use Watson’s analytics to design and optimize location planning for sales maximization, and will use predictive analytics to improve hiring and training. While most HCM vendors are pursuing traditional avenues for improving talent management, workforce management, and core HR, Reflexis is focusing on the retail sector, providing industry specific resources to optimize the workforce relative to the work environment.
