Salesforce Marketing Cloud rings in a New Year
At the Analyst Summit, Salesforce shared its 2017 vision for a more Einstein-infused Marketing Cloud with enhanced cross-cloud capabilities. Driven by recent acquisitions, capabilities like cross device identity matching will enhance Marketing Cloud’s ability to deliver a unified view of the customer across channels and devices. Marketing Cloud will also play an increasingly central role in ramping up Salesforce’s business to consumer (B2C) initiative.
