Nucleus used cost-benefit and regression analysis to compare Salesforce and other customer relationship management (CRM) vendors’ solution deployments across thirty ROI case studies published from 2018 to 2020. Salesforce case study deployments had a 51.76 percent higher return rate and returned $0.88 more for every dollar spent than other CRM solution deployments on average.
