A large apparel company deployed SAP S/4HANA as part of an enterprise-wide technology transformation that allows the company to consolidate its infrastructure to a single global instance. The company reduced the overall cost of its enterprise software by over 35 percent by moving its environment to the cloud as well as eliminating or redirecting 80 percent of its information technology personnel. By centralizing its accounting system with S/4HANA, the company was able to repurpose many of its accounting staff to more strategic roles, as well as improve its logistics operations.
