SAP SuccessFactors intelligent services

SAP SuccessFactors has deployed expanded functionality the vendor calls intelligent services, which has the effect of corralling disparate self-service actions that may behave independently into one, acting intelligently. Drawing on predictive analytics available through SAP, intelligent services helps users manage and, in some cases, automate systems’ reactions to common workforce events, relying on intelligent services then to predict and help them react to additional, unforeseen shifts the given change may trigger. This mitigates or eliminates strains on productivity by alerting integrated applications within and outside human capital management (HCM) to changes, predicting the ways events affect workflows, and helping to adjust those workflows accordingly.
