ServiceNow to acquire Element AI
ServiceNow, a cloud-based service management software provider, offers organizations solutions that cover security, HR, operations, asset, and customer service management for various industries. The vendor recently announced its plan to acquire Element AI, a Canadian startup, to build out its existing AI and automation capabilities. Organizations continue to realize significant savings from solutions that can automate back-office workflows and integrate systems through AI-driven capabilities. ServiceNow’s acquisition is a response to these increasing customer expectations about what a modern solution must poses. This new acquisition will offer customers functionality that delivers insights through data analysis, improving processes and customer and employee engagement. Nucleus estimates that organizations can reduce time spent resolving incidents and service requests by 60 percent upon deployment.
