The National Basketball Association (NBA) achieved a 51 percent return on investment (ROI) upon implementing ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) and recovered its investment in the solution two years after deployment. Previously using a combination of Microsoft Office tools and a facilities management solution, health and safety screening requirements served as the catalyst for the NBA to re-architect its workplace management infrastructure. After implementing ServiceNow WSD, the organization was able to retire its previous facilities management solution, avoid extraneous third-party software and development fees, and gain access to more actionable workplace data. Nucleus also found that the platform’s capabilities led to a 10 percent productivity improvement across the facilities leadership team, which translates to a recurring annual benefit of $64,000.
