Nucleus interviewed eight organizations using CRM (four are current customers of SugarCRM, four are using CRM solutions from other vendors) to understand the value that capabilities enabled by Discover are projected to deliver. The interviewed organizations asserted time-aware insights regarding deal status and customer behavior, root cause analysis to identify best practices, and other sophisticated analytics and dashboards could improve win rates by 5 to 10 percent and save approximately $200,000 annually in avoided labor costs and eliminating or reducing manual data science tooling.
