Technology Value Matrix 2015: Talent Management

The concept of talent management, as well as the technology underpinning it, is maturing. The market has vendors that do talent management exceptionally well by focusing on part or all of it exclusively, thus setting their suites apart from the rest of human capital management (HCM). Notably, however, vendors of functionality for a broader scope of HCM are fully embracing talent management, posing strong competition by bringing more to the battle: the rest of their capability and its increasingly necessary interplay with talent management.
