The future of demand driven is control tower
As multi-national companies start turning their global supply chains into demand-driven operations, they must implement control tower solutions to cut inventory by at least 25 percent. A tower will have to provide four capabilities: middleware for end-to-end visibility, a master data repository, advanced analytics and alert mechanisms. Not only will a control tower reduce inventory, the solution will enable course corrections in response to market changes.
