The future of Infor’s ERP growth

Infor facilitates the further expansion of its industry cloud ERP with the sale of its enterprise asset management (EAM) business to its new partner, Hexagon AB. With the cash infusion provided in this deal, Infor sustains the competitiveness of its CloudSuite ERP platform amidst significant investments from Microsoft, Oracle, and SAP into their industry cloud ERP. Infor also puts itself in a strong position for growth in industrial and manufacturing industries as its strategic partnership with Hexagon provides current and future cross-selling opportunities. This deal benefits all parties involved as Infor can now better focus on industry cloud ERP while Hexagon can extend its EAM solution into asset performance management (APM). This enables both companies to better serve asset intensive industries and continue to derive value from the complimentary nature of the two solutions over time.
