UKG acquires SpotCues

UKG recently announced the acquisition of SpotCues and its Groupe.io platform. The platform will be available with UKG Dimensions, a workforce management solution, by the end of 2022 followed by the UKG Pro and UKG Ready HCM solutions. The UKG Dimensions integration will allow customers to consolidate employee communications and synchronize their entire workforce. By eliminating workforce siloes, organizations with frontline staff can increase employee collaboration and productivity while reducing voluntary turnover. Tasks such as onboarding which are more difficult to digitize across the frontline can also be simplified and automated. Nucleus found that by deploying modern solutions for onboarding, organizations can reduce time spent on the process by 50 to 70 percent while improving time-to-value.
