Ultimate Connections Update 2020

At the Ultimate Software Connections user conference, the company covered a number of new features as well as the product roadmap going forward. The main focus, however, was the recently announced merger of Ultimate Software and Kronos, with new CEO Aaron Ain presenting the new organization’s plans and strategy to Ultimate customers. Key among the messaging was how the new combined organization (name to be announced) will be able to speak to the needs of customers and the new organization’s overall view for the future. Customers seemed satisfied with the plans and commitments presented to them, with many noting that they were leaving connections feeling much more at ease with the merger.
