Ultimate Software TCO Assessment Tool
This tool is designed to compare the total cost of ownership of Ultimate UltiPro to another HCM solution. It is designed as a companion assessment tool to Nucleus Research report: O257 – Total cost of ownership study – Ultimate Software Oracle PeopleSoft Workday. Averages and benchmark data points are drawn from the data contained within that report.
To generate the report, Nucleus analyzed the deployment experiences of customers of a number of competing vendors including Ultimate Software UltiPro, Workday, and Oracle PeopleSoft to understand the cost difference between the two dominant deployment types in the HCM market, on-premise and cloud, and to understand the cost difference between different cloud HCM analytics and solution support models. The analysis considered the initial and ongoing costs associated with each solution as well as deployment and upgrade costs and expectations.
