Unit4 doubles down on usability

Unit4’s Insight Webinar delivered year-end announcements for 2018, with usability updates and tax functionality advancements for its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, Business World. Unit4 started the year with a roadmap for automated ERP and other additions to its solutions in markets such as non-profits and higher education. However, the disconnect between what Unit4 is promoting and the developments Unit4 delivered in 2018 has generated frustration amongst its user base. Despite this, Unit4’s Business World remains a preferred choice for its usability and continued focus on niche markets. Nucleus believes that Unit4’s specialization efforts and usability investments will keep them firmly entrenched in the ERP Value Matrix for the foreseeable future.
