Why Microsoft should buy OpenText
On November 12, Ontario based OpenText announced a new enterprise information management solution at its annual OpenText Enterprise World Expo in Florida. The solution, OpenText Core, looks to optimize collaboration by looking for inspiration in the social space. OpenText’s existing cloud and content management platforms are impressive and the innovative approach found in Core promises to deliver value for customers. OpenText’s limited market share and impressive IP make it a prime candidate for acquisition.
