Workforce Software overhauls its UX
At the WorkForce Software user conference, the company announced several new modules highlighting its investment in the core areas of its workforce management (WFM) suite. In addition to debuting a new user interface/user experience (UI/UX), the company discussed improvements it has made to its integrated platform, data access, automation, WorkForce Hub, WorkForce Assistant, and dynamic schedules. While WorkForce Software has long led the market in complete scheduling solutions, its old UI had been a weak spot. With a relaunched UI the vendor has solidified its position as a leading WFM vendor.
