At Zoho Day 2024, Zoho unveiled new globalization efforts with updates to its transnational localism approach and also discussed product updates and roadmaps centered around the scalability and verticalization of its product offerings. Zoho also revealed portions of its product roadmap moving into the latter half of 2024. As its user base grows and the vendor continues its expansion into the enterprise market, Nucleus expects Zoho to continue developing new products that broaden the capabilities of its offerings into additional business verticals. Nucleus also interviewed customers at the conference and found that primary benefits tied to the implementation of Zoho products focused on improvements in departmental efficiency, cost savings from avoided IT involvement, and ease of adoption resulting from overall ease of use of the platform.
