Zoho launches SalesInbox

On July 27, Zoho released Zoho SalesInbox, announced a new platform, and updated its customer relationship management (CRM) solution. SalesInbox is an e-mail client integrated with Zoho CRM that caters to salespeople. In looking at SalesInbox’s features and the way salespeople toggle between e-mail and CRM today, Nucleus estimates SalesInbox will increase the productivity of salespeople by 5 to 8 percent through time savings, increased data capture, and improved deal-closing effectiveness. SalesInbox fits with our overall concept of micro-marketing and is likely to provide significant long-term benefits, as it distributes marketing activities further within the organization.
